As a 2026 release it is not yet in every lobby. The legal position in Nigeria is the same as for the original game.
On 22 November 2024 the Supreme Court ruled that lotteries, betting and gaming are matters for the states. Operators therefore need a licence from each state where they take players, and state regulators have begun naming sites that do not have one.
- Check the state licence. In Lagos the regulator is the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA). More than twenty states coordinate through the Federation of State Gaming Regulators of Nigeria.

- The multiplier system is identical; both go to x1,024.
- Super Scatter adds a second route to a large result that does not depend on the board: the instant prize.
- Super Scatter has more settings that raise the cost of a spin. If you want fewer decisions, 1000 is simpler.
- As a 2026 release, Super Scatter is in fewer lobbies.
