Tools at licensed operators
- Deposit, loss and wager limits — daily, weekly or monthly. Reductions apply at once; increases take effect after a delay.
- Session reminders and time limits.
- Cooling-off periods — a short break during which you cannot log in.
- Self-exclusion — a longer ban you cannot reverse early.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time than you planned, repeatedly.
- Raising stakes to win back losses.
- Borrowing or using money meant for bills.
- Hiding gambling from people close to you.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing.
Facts worth keeping in mind
- Every spin of Sugar Rush is independent. A slot is never “due”.
- With a 96.50% return, the expected cost is about 3.50 for every 100 wagered; in a session the actual result can be much worse.
- Buying a bonus round is a large single bet, not a discount.
- Demo play is free; it is a fine way to enjoy the game without spending.
