Registration step by step

1. Choose a legal operator. Use the regulator's own list (see below).
2. Fill in the form on the operator's site: legal name, date of birth, home address, email and phone. The details must match your ID exactly.

Who is allowed to operate in Uzbekistan

A presidential decree of 2024 ended the ban on online betting and risk-based games from 1 January 2025 and made the National Agency for Prospective Projects (NAPP) the licensing authority. Land-based casinos and slot halls remain prohibited.

• Licences are new and few. NAPP issued its first two licences on 31 July 2026. Trade analysts estimate that unlicensed offshore brands still account for most of the market.
• Licensed platforms must use a domain in Uzbekistan's national segment, verify each player's identity and process payments electronically.
• Age 18+, for residents and non-residents.
• A Unified State Register of Bets and Players is planned to hold limits and restrictions.
• Check which games a licence covers. We could not confirm from published sources that the first licences include online slots.

Documents you may be asked for

• Government photo ID: driver's licence, passport or national identity card.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months: utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of payment method: a photo of the card with middle digits covered, or a screenshot of the bank or e-wallet account.

Send documents only through the operator's own upload page inside your account, never by a link from an email or a third-party site.

Frequent errors

• Name mismatch. Nicknames and missing middle names cause failed checks.
• Wrong jurisdiction. You can only register on a site regulated where you are physically located.
• Second account. One account per person; duplicates are closed and winnings can be withheld.
• VPN switched on. Location checks fail and the account can be flagged.
• Someone else's card. Payment methods must be in your own name.
